Shipping & Returns


Local delivery is made via NZ Post Couriers. Delivery usually occurs within 2-3 business days to major centers.
We offer free shipping for orders over $200 and have a $12 shipping cost for orders under $200 (Please add $4 for Rural Delivery and allow a few additional days for delivery.) A signature will be required on delivery.

The shipping cost will be displayed in checkout section of the website.


Any problems with items you receive must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.

We guarantee a money back refund if the product is defective in any way. Return postage will be reimbursed in the case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and will be credited through using the original method of payment.

If you have ordered the wrong product or change your mind, then you can still return for a full refund providing the items are unopened and unused. We are happy to accept returns but it is your responsibility to organise and cover the cost of returning these. Because of this, please choose your product orders carefully.

Please contact us before returning anything so we can inform you where to send it and how to arrange the refund. Returned items will only be refunded using the same method used to make payment for the order.

Items must be returned in the original condition and with the original packaging in which they were received before a refund can be processed.


We generally only ship to NZ but should you reside in another country, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can advise shipping costs to your country.
